Damage During Shipping
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, we offer a full refund or replacement. In order to receive your refund or replacement, we ask that you provide all of the original packaging for inspection and return the damaged product within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of the return shipping.
We accept returns or exchanges of undamaged artwork within 7 days from the date of delivery. We do not cover the cost of the return shipping, and the artwork must be returned in its new, undamaged condition. Upon receipt of your return, the amount credited back to you will reflect the value of your purchase minus the costs we incurred to ship your order.
Please note that there are no exceptions to our return policy.
